Hotel Policies:

  1. Upon check in a valid I.D. Card & valid Credit Card are required for the primary reservation holder staying at the resort. Must be 21 to Check In.
  2. Check-in time is 3:00 pm (Call to arrange for early/late check in if available)
  3. Check-out time is 11:00 am
  4. Facilities for registered guests only
  5. Parking Policy: Free Parking
  6. Rates are based on the following 1-2 people per room:
    1. Rates for each additional guest/children $20.00 /Per person Per Day
    2. Rates are subject to change without notice.
    3. Special Requests: Although we will try to accommodate all special requests, we cannot guarantee bed types, room locations, or specific room numbers.
    4. Confirming a reservation requires a one-night deposit
    5. Deposit & Cancellation Policy: Credit card required to guarantee your reservation. Your deposit is applied to the balance of stay. Deposit refunds require 7 days cancellation notice. Cancellations prior to arrival date allow for a full refund of deposit (minus $25.00 Admin cancellation fee).
    6. Prices do not include state and county 13% lodging taxes.
    7. All of our rooms are non-smoking / Smoking in designated areas only.
    8. Dee Jay Beach resort is a privately owned and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Dee Jay Beach Resort will not be responsible for accidents and/or injury to guests or loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. The Dee Jay Beach Resort and it’s amenities are for Registered guest’s only.

    Pets & Service Animal Policy

    All Dogs must be on a leash at all times . Please pick up after your dog. Respect other Guests with Pets. Dee Jay Beach Resort is a commercial transient lodging facility. As such, we follow the rule of law regarding Service Animals set forth by the Department Of Justice (DOJ). The DOJ has emphatically stated and ruled that emotional support animals are not considered service animals. If you travel with a pet that has not been specifically trained to perform a specialized service to help a person with a physical disability, we have the right to refuse your stay.

    Pets Allowed up to 25 lbs max! Breed Restrictions apply.

    Rate $10 per day (10 lbs ) $15 per day (above 10 lbs)

    Smoking Policy

    We ask our smoking guests to observe and respect our Smoking Policy:

    Please be aware that all our rooms at The Dee Jay Beach Resort are Non-Smoking. If a room is smoked in there will be a $250 cleaning fee applied to the registered guests credit card.
